Please send the product to our support center through your original place of purchase. Products within one year from the date of purchase are covered under our warranty and will be repaired free of charge. However, please note that any shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and other related expenses incurred during the process will be the responsibility of the customer, even during the warranty period.<\/li>\r\n            <li>After repair, the product will be shipped back to the original place of purchase in Japan. Please note that we do not ship repaired products directly from our company to overseas locations.<\/li>\r\n            <li>If you wish to receive repair or support services from one of our overseas distributors for any reason, such services will be provided on a chargeable basis, even if the product is still within the one-year warranty period.<\/li>\r\n            <li>If you use our products in a country where we do not have an authorized local distributor, support and service will only be available in Japan.
